One-on-One Yoga & Massage

Yoga should be a regular practice. To incentivise you to really commit to your wellbeing, we’ll give you a big discount if you buy four sessions up front.

If you buy four then don’t love your first session with us, we’ll give you your money back, no questions! (less the session you’ve actually used!).

We offer a handful of options.

  1. The Personal Yogi comes to you. This is our favourite option. We can work with you, plus your partner, kids, parents or friends; whoever is in your daily life. You can help support and inspire each other to keep up a regular yoga or mindfulness practice. Support is the best way to really make it happen.
  2. You come to us. We have a home studio in Belrose (near Frenchs Forest). Here, we can do massage, yoga, or a combination of both. Rebates are available for massage from some insurers. For a list of insurers you can claim from, you can click here.
  3. We teach corporate yoga, school sessions, parents’s group and sports team massage and yoga, plus healthy zen parties. For more info on these options, click around our site!

Our massage therapist is a mother of four, and has seen the positive benefits of massage for kids firsthand. She has her Working With Children check and is happy to do a short massage or yoga session for free for your child with your session, or you can book a session specifically for your child at a reduced rate and time (getting children to focus for an hour is often a bit beyond their capacity!).

Costs

So what are you up for?

  • Block of four personal yoga or massage sessions (60 minutes each)
    • $280 ($70 per session) at Belrose clinic – save $60!
    • $320 ($80 per session) at your home or workplace on the Northern Beaches- save $80! (yoga only)
  • One off personal yoga or massage session (60 minutes)
    • $85 at Belrose clinic
    • $100 at your home or workplace on the Northern Beaches (yoga only)

30 and 90 minute massage sessions also available.

Yoga session prices are for up to five people. Prices are subject to change.
